CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant-Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Active, unencumbered CNA certification

  • Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required

  • Perform ADLS including but not limited to bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning

  • Prepare resident room with necessary items including but not limited to pillows, blankets, medical equipment and toiletries

  • Maintain clean living conditions for residents

  • Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner

  • Perform all duties in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines

  • Possess teamwork skills, effective communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
