Assists the Clinical Director with patient care supervision, management activities, and staff development.    Demonstrates a team/collaborative approach with colleagues.   Directs and guides licensed and non-licensed staff while maintaining standards of professional care.

Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy.

Previous Experience:

1.  Minimum of two years clinical experience in field preferred.

2.  High degree of communication skills.

Licensure, Certification, Registration, etc.:

1. Current Louisiana license as a Respiratory Therapist required.


2. Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers by American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire.
