What you´ll do
- You will work for Automotive OEM business unit.
- You will be responsible for product recommendations, customized product applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
- You will work with the equipment partner to explore the full potential of our products.
- You will design and finish the lab tasks to solve the technical issue by on-hand skills
- You will make the necessary documentation/analysis and share this with internal and external stake holders
- You will bridge the idea from customer and product development and finalize the CTQ for the new idea.
- You will collaborate with excellent team players around all functions and make yourself an industry expert.
- You need to resolve the application issues at customer side and quality issues during internal production.
- You need to review the BOM cost and find the solution for cost down under the support from PD team.
- You need lead the product launch tasks during new program development.
What makes you a good fit
- Master or above degree in Chemistry, or related field.
- Strong interest in Adhesive and Automotive industry.
- Teamwork with partners and frequent information sharing in Henkel internal team.
- >10 years technical working experience in Adhesive related industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English communication.
- Proactive, open-minded and a quick learner.
