About the Role


We are looking for a talented Digital Product Manager to join our Digital Team who will drive the growth, quality, and user engagement of OUPC’s digital educational products across their full lifecycle. This role acts as a hands‑on product owner, translating educational, business, and user needs into innovative digital experiences.


 


The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with deep knowledge of user‑centered design and a passion for transforming educational content into impactful digital solutions.


This individual will oversee product design and development, and ensure that digital products and capabilities are prioritized, designed, and delivered to meet curriculum requirements, user needs, and organizational goals.


 


Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage assigned digital educational products across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through development, launch, and iteration.




  • Act as Product Owner for product delivery and design, maintaining product backlogs, writing user stories, and supporting sprint planning and execution.




  • Assist the Head of Digital Product Management in managing the digital product portfolio, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and coordination across initiatives.




  • Ensure products meet user needs, curriculum requirements, quality standards, and business objectives.




  • Act as a reliable point of support in driving product initiatives forward and ensuring alignment across teams.




  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities for product improvement.




  • Gather and analyze user feedback and product performance data to inform prioritization and enhancements.




  • Work closely with designers, developers, partners, vendors, editors, business teams, and QA to define and deliver product requirements.




  • Translate educational and business needs into clear functional specifications and documentation.




  • Support product launches and post-launch optimization activities.




  • Maintain clear and up-to-date product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.




  • Stay informed about trends, tools, and best practices in digital learning, AI and educational technology.




 


About You


Essential:




  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Education, Computer Science, Business, or related field).




  • 5+ years’ experience in digital product management or a closely related role.




  • Strong passion for education and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the education sector.




  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.




  • Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.




  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.




  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.




  • Creative thinking and a user-centric mindset to drive innovative solutions.




  • Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.




  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.




 


Desirable:




  • Prior experience in the e-learning/ed-tech/AI industry is highly desirable.




  • Excellent presentation skill.
