Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of Circuit schematic.
• Knowledge on Automotive communication protocols.
• Good knowledge on Adv Microcontrollers, Analog and Digital Input& Output signals" 
• Build New ATE's using Keysight and Nationals instrument Test Equipment’s. (PXI, LXI/GPIB)
• Design and Develop Test fixtures for ICT i3070 used in Production.
• Should development Test programs for Keysight i3070/Teradyne ICT.
• Designing the Testing Concepts and choosing hardware.
• Selection of best equipment’s and technologies to develop the Complete ATE
• Meeting with Customer and presenting the ATE status. Monitor FPY and NTF. Improve Yield.
• Create Standard Operating procedure, Checklist Preparation for Process verification.
• Able to use 6 Six sigma tools.
• Create FMEA Validation of testers (CpCpK, GR&R).
• Should debug the Circuit Problems and simulate signals to Measure analyse.
• Ability to solve complex production issues & provide good solution.

• Complete Running ATE Tester Developed ICT program.
• Flying Probe test Program.
• Design lead time/Review.
• Complete Fixture build, Lead time.
• Good Tester FP.
• High Tester MTBF.
• Communication, Teamwork, Analytical, Collaboration.
• Documentation and standard process, Customer complaints, etc.
• Production issues, UPDT, Checklist, Improvements, FPY.                
• Spares list, PM checklist and calibrations, Training, MTBF, MTTR 
• Technical Specification, Process, ECN PCN.
• Automotive Projects, RF products Development.

Qualifications:

• BE/M tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.

Desired Experience Level:

• Minimum 7 to 10 years.
