TITLE: Server

DEPARTMENT: Front of House

POSITION TYPE: Part Time/Full Time

REPORTING TO: Floor Manager

FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt

Position Purpose:



Servers are responsible for delivering to each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. They ensure accurate orders of food and beverage are received and delivered properly while being readily available. Servers provide a practical role of ensuring our guests have an excellent time and want for nothing is a vital aspect of our service performance. Our emphasis on product knowledge is essential to deliver an experience above the ordinary. Together our team members work to create an atmosphere of fun in a positive culture of teamwork and hard work. We expect nothing short of greatness and know personality sets us apart to make you the ringleader of your show each shift.



 



Responsibilities:




  • Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire to proper health and hygiene standards

  • Accurately ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POS

  • Follow proper service standards timely and efficiently to every guest

  • Receive, deliver, and replenish all food/beverage to guests

  • Assist in running food throughout the shift and ensure pre bussing is maintained

  • Generate accurate daily cash reports, proper sales, and total daily tips received

  • Learn and maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and gaming

  • Build a rapport with guests, be active in assisting, and communicating requests

  • Accurately know all numbers to tables and gaming areas

  • Maintain quality condition of gaming equipment including sanitation

  • Complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shift

  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required per department

  • Comply with the Company’s rules and procedures along with any reasonable requests made from management during a shift

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines maintaining to proper procedures and reporting to management any hazardous situation or incident
