The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful execution of customer projects from order intake through to customer training and final handover.

This role combines project management and site management responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in line with customer expectations, regulatory standards, and company requirements.

You will act as the primary point of contact for the customer, coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing delivery activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Project management

  • Lead and manage the execution of projects, ensuring all objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resourcing, risk management, and progress tracking

  • Ensure clear and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

  • Monitor performance, proactively identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as required

  • Manage project budgets and oversee effective allocation of resources

Site management

  • Ensure site readiness prior to installation, including infrastructure, logistics, and safety requirements

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards across project sites

  • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve site‑related issues to minimise disruption and delays

Collaboration & stakeholder management

  • Work closely with Cluster OF Leaders, Project Coordinators, Installation Managers, and Application Specialists to ensure aligned delivery

  • Identify resource or capacity gaps in collaboration with Cluster leadership and support timely resolution

  • Foster a collaborative, results‑driven project environment focused on delivery excellence

Customer satisfaction

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and transparently

  • Provide regular updates on project progress and key milestones

  • Ensure a high quality of service throughout the full project lifecycle

Reporting & documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project documentation and records

  • Provide regular status reports to Cluster leadership and senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions

  • Support post‑project reviews and capture customer feedback to drive continuous improvement

About you

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally combined with site or installation management

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent stakeholder and customer communication skills

  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented approach to risk and issue management

  • Comfortable working in complex, cross‑functional environments

  • Experience working in regulated, technical, or capital equipment environments is an advantage
