SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Overview
We are actively looking for a talented Sales Represenative to join our sales team in Norway. You will be responsible for driving sales growth in Norway by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers. The role focuses on delivering high customer satisfaction while executing the sales strategy in the field, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to order. By actively promoting products, supporting new launches, and collaborating cross-functionally, you will contribute to achieving regional sales targets and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the customer base by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing accounts,
- Own and manage sales activities within the assigned region, including planning, prioritization, and execution of the sales strategy,
- Drive the full sales cycle, including customer meetings, product fittings, quotations, and order management,
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall regional performance,
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through ongoing support and relationship management,
- Support product launches, participate in trade fairs, and represent the company in the market,
- Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Service, and other internal stakeholders,
- Participate in international projects and continuously develop product and market knowledge through training.
Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant education within healthcare (e.g. OT/PT) and/or strong technical understanding,
- Fluency in the local language (written and spoken) and preferably good English skills,
- Solid IT skills, including experience with MS Office, CRM systems, and order management tools,
- Strong customer focus with well-developed commercial acumen and industry awareness,
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively both internally and externally,
- Proven problem-solving ability, with experience handling conflicts and working across cultures,
- Experience from a similar sales or customer-facing role; background in driving improvements is an advantage,
- Valid driver’s license required.
