Your Contribution


Responsible for Project Management in Manufacturing Engineering (Gravity die casting and Machining)


 


Your Experience and Qualification


B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.


Have 10 to 15 years of experience in the automobile industry.


Responsible for developing and streamlining project into Production phase.


Planning for New product sample manufacturing process Development till SOP and Track and ensuring of KPI’s defined.


Responsible for development of new projects with support of Global project Managers (Respective Development Region)


Ensure adherence to PDP Process


Customer communication – during development phase


Design of tools and gauges for new products


Approval of control plans


Creation and updating of BOM


TGW& Lessons learnt for new product development


Key contact for customer and for internal departments


Tracking and updating project status to Management level and intercompany departments


Responsible for monitoring and closing the open points / issues related to projects.


Identifying bottleneck related to supplies / quality and capacity, resolving with support of cross functional teams / departments.


Support function for Project commercials


PAC Coordinator - Responsible for internal RFQ handling and Processing on receipt of new RFQ’s organising internal PAC meetings – Feasibility study – Global / Regional


PAC meetings where required – Process and CAPEX preparation / Approval – collecting & providing all required details for quote preparation to controlling – Quote review – MSP output


Preparing / Monitoring internal project timelines for intime development of new projects


Escalating project development issues / concerns to management for resolution


Existing Project commercials


Quarterly raw material and economics (FOREX, Power... Price correction working) by Interfacing with controlling and sales


Customer wise strategic price increase working

 


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 


Fluent written and spoken English.


Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.


Excellent administration skills.  


Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


Excellent communication skills.


Customer focused and results oriented.


Responsible and organized.


Logical thinker.


Passion to learn new concepts, technologies, and processes.
