BCBA for ABA Clinic in Stockbridge, GA
ABA Journey is hiring a full time BCBAs for our Stockbridge GA clinic. This is an in person BCBA position providing clinic based ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder.
This BCBA role is a great fit for both experienced BCBAs and newer BCBAs who want strong support, mentorship, and a structured clinic environment.
Position Summary BCBA
The BCBA will provide ABA therapy oversight in our Stockbridge clinic including assessment, treatment planning, RBT supervision, parent training, and clinical documentation. The BCBA will work closely with the Clinical Director and the clinic team to ensure ethical, high quality, evidence based services.
This BCBA position is designed to support growth for newer BCBAs while also giving experienced BCBAs the autonomy and clinical respect they expect.
BCBA Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments FBA and skills assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity
Review data and update programs based on client progress
Provide parent training and caregiver support
Maintain BCBA documentation including progress reports and reauthorizations
Collaborate with the Clinical Director and clinic team
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and Georgia LBA requirements
Support for Newer BCBAs
ABA Journey provides structured support so newer BCBAs can succeed, including:
Clinical mentorship and feedback
Support with caseload organization and time management
Collaboration with the Clinical Director
Ongoing professional development and CEU support

BCBA Qualifications
Active BCBA certification Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Eligible for or holding Georgia LBA licensure
Ability to work full time in person in Stockbridge GA
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Experience as a BCBA working with children with autism
Experience supervising RBTs
Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
BCBA Compensation and Benefits
Salary 75,000 to 95,000 per year
