Civil Constructors, LLC is hiring a Hydro Vac Swamper to support Hydro Vac Operators in safe, non-destructive excavation. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for candidates with strong physical stamina, a safety-first mindset, and experience in construction or labor-intensive work.

Responsibilities

• Assist operator with hoses, digging, and site preparation.
• Set up safety barriers/cones and follow all PPE requirements.
• Perform manual labor in all weather conditions.
• Help maintain equipment and manage water/vacuum systems.
• Communicate clearly with operators and crew to ensure safe, accurate excavation.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
• Safety certifications such as First Aid, H2S Alive, Confined Space, Fall Protection are an asset.
• Construction or excavation experience preferred.
