Position Summary
This position is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through developing a robust recruiting plan, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute recruiting plans. o Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. o Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways. o Educate client on the recruiting process and effectively utilize the available resources for the quick and timely closure of open positions. o Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. o Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. o Adherence to the process as per ISMS standards, solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process. o Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. o Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. o Publish weekly/fortnightly/monthly recruitment reports o Optimize the online forums for recruitment. --Post positions to appropriate Internet sources including job portals --Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting. --Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, online forums and employees. o Locate and document where to find ideal candidates. o Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads. • Coordinate and implement campus recruiting initiatives. • Administrative duties and HRIS. o Conduct prescreening interviews and online assessment. o Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). o Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees. o Assist in preparing and sending offer letters. o Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages. o Perform other special projects as assigned.

• Must have 0-5 years of recruiting experience preferably in IT services organizations and in multiple recruiting environments with a wide variety of job disciplines.
• Must be available to work a flexible work schedule (at times weekends may be required).
