    External applications will be accepted until the position is filled.

    Salary:
         AEA Members:  AEA members will receive 7.5% of the Base Salary in accordance with the AEA Negotiated Agreement
         Non-AEA Members:  Non-AEA members will receive 7.5%of the base salary on the Non-Degreed Certificated Salary Schedule. 


    Qualifications: 

    1. Coaching experience at the middle school level or higher in designated sport
    2. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport
    3. Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students. 


    Essential Duties : 

    Grade 8 Cheerleaders during football season and Grade 7 & 8 (Blue team) Cheerleaders during basketball season

    The successful candidate must have the following on file before starting:

    1. Valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit
    2. Current Coaches Training Certificates
    3. Ohio Auditor of State Fraud Training Certificate
    4. Favorable State and Federal background checks
    5. Negative Drug Screen Result  


    Employees must follow all board policies, all state and federal laws, and the Ohio Code of Ethics as established by the Ohio Department of Education. Subject to all applicable laws, essential job functions of this position include the employee being punctual and capable of completing all of the duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. 

    The successful candidate must complete all mandatory compliance courses assigned by the administration annually.
