Job Description

Summary:  To provide direct supervision, assistance, and monitoring of the residents in Quinco’s supported living facilities and related activities. To provide necessary monitoring and maintenance of the supportive living facility. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 

 

•    Provides supervision to the residents. 

•    Provides supervision of all medications taken by residents during their scheduled shift, in accordance with facility medication supervision policies and guidelines. 

•    Provides for necessary meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry task as scheduled by the Residential Team Leader. 

•    Carries out all activities planned by the Residential Team Leader for assigned shift, including but not limited to, recreational activities. 

•    Completes all required documentation for assigned shift including but not limited to, daily log notes, reportable occurrences, and medication sheets, etc. 

•    Serves on an on-call basis. 

•    Other duties may be assigned.
