Pentagon Technologies is an elite service provider in the critical and controlled environment arena with a primary focus in the Semiconductor, Data Center, and Pharma/Healthcare Industry. Our Technical Site Services group specializes in cleanroom performance testing, certification services, protocol management, world class cleaning and construction management services. We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Technician to join our team.



Job Summary:



We are looking for a Site Administrator to be responsible for managing our administrative and office activities at our site in Sunnyvale. These responsibilities will consist of a broad range of activities including providing clerical support to the Site Director, serving as liaison between HR corporate and on-site employees, performing HR related tasks, and responding to many ad hoc support requests.



Key Responsibilities:



 




  • Serve as onsite liaison for employees that need assistance with HR matters including communicating needs, requests, and issues with corporate HR—ensure that employees can get help with their needs.

  • Support and assist with rolling out corporate HR communications and programs as requested from corporate HR.

  • Perform administrative support including preparing reports, presentations, and other communications.

  • Coordinate with site management to maintain accurate training logs for department level certifications, safety trainings and to track safety infractions including upload incident reports to employee profile and record all OSHA injuries with company systems.

  • Help build a site culture that is respectful, collaborative, positive, enjoyable workplace, and instills trust in management.

  • Other ad hoc duties to support the Site Director.
