Job Description

We are hiring a Sr Product Manager, Omni-Channel to join our Product Management team!

DISCOVER

At Watkins Wellness, our products are built with intentional design, clear strategy, and long‑term performance in mind. As a Sr. Product Manager, Omni‑Channel, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and full lifecycle for a portfolio of omni‑channel products, guiding them from early concept through launch, optimization, and end‑of‑life decisions.

In this role, you will define what we build, why we build it, and how it succeeds in the market. You will use customer insight, competitive intelligence, and data analysis to identify growth opportunities, develop strong business cases, and prioritize initiatives that align with our commercial and business goals.

This role is central to how product management operates as its own strategic function. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align technical feasibility, quality, cost, and margin with clear product direction. Your ability to translate detailed, technical inputs into focused product strategy and actionable plans will directly influence our product portfolio and market success.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Do you want portfolio ownership? Drive the strategy, priorities, and roadmap for a defined omni‑channel product portfolio, while monitoring market performance, financial results, and lifecycle outcomes.
  • Do you enjoy deciding what gets built and what doesn’t? Identify and prioritize high‑value product opportunities by blending customer insight, commercial input, competitive intelligence, and industry trends into focused product direction.
  • Can you build product proposals leaders trust? Develop clear, data‑driven cases that define product specifications, cost targets, pricing and margin expectations, unit volumes, and feasibility to support confident investment decisions.
  • Are you comfortable turning complexity into clarity? Translate technical, manufacturing, and analytical inputs into concise product requirements and clear direction that aligns engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Do you think ahead of the curve? Anticipate shifts in customer needs, channel dynamics, and adjacent categories, shaping product concepts that position us to win ahead of the market.
  • Do you lead products from start to finish? Guide assigned products through ideation, development, launch, optimization, and end‑of‑life decisions, including repositioning, value engineering, or discontinuation when needed.
  • Can you lead cross‑functional teams without formal authority? Drive alignment and execution across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to deliver new products or product extensions, keeping teams focused on commitments and timelines.
  • Do you balance ambition with feasibility? Partner closely with engineering and manufacturing to ensure product strategies reflect real‑world constraints, quality expectations, and production realities.
  • Do you leverage data to guide decisions? Monitor sales, cost, margin, and quality performance, using advanced Excel and analytics to guide pricing, portfolio optimization, and investment trade‑offs.
  • Do you know when to accelerate and when to exit? Make informed recommendations on which products to double down on, which to improve, and which to sunset to keep the portfolio focused and competitive.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 6–7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with durable consumer goods or omni‑channel portfolios
  • Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management
  • Deep experience translating product opportunities into data‑driven investment rationales, including cost modeling, pricing, margin, and demand forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct Voice of Customer (VoC) and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • ERP system experience required; familiarity with Navision or SAP preferred
  • Experience working within structured NPI and stage‑gate processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong writing skills and skilled at influencing across functions
  • Comfortable translating technical concepts into customer‑focused and sales‑ready messaging
  • This is a hybrid role, with periodic travel to Mexico, trade shows, and customer visits
