Kardex Remstar is seeking a motivated self-starter to be in the role of Internal Sales & Marketing Coordinator (ANZ). This full-time position is to be based in Sydney/Melbourne and shall report to the National Sales Manager ANZ.

The Internal Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth and supporting the ANZ commercial team. This position combines proactive lead generation, CRM management, and marketing coordination to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities into the sales funnel.

Your tasks
Lead Generation & Business Development Support:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through online research, LinkedIn outreach, and offline networking
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads before handover to Territory Sales Manager
- Maintain a strong pipeline of early-stage opportunities
CRM & Lead Management:
- Manage and maintain accurate records within Salesforce
- Process and track inbound leads from HubSpot
- Ensure timely follow-up and correct lead routing
- Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy
Sales Team Support:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Territory Sales Managers
- Assist in opportunity creation and quotation preparation
- Support pipeline reviews and forecasting
Marketing Coordination:
- Align digital marketing campaigns with sales priorities
- Support social media, email marketing, and content distribution
- Coordinate customer case studies and video testimonials
- Collaborate with regional and local cross business marketing team members
Events & Exhibition Management:
- Plan and coordinate industry exhibitions and trade shows
- Manage sales group event calendars and attendance
- Support event logistics and lead capture processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related technical background (engineering or automation)
- Work Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or customer engagement.
- Exposure to industrial automation, warehouse solutions, or technology products is advantageous.
- Experience liaising with customers on proposals, contracts, and project coordination.
- Skills: Detail‑oriented, commercially minded coordinator with strong communication, organizational skills, CRM expertise, and proficiency in sales/marketing tools, bringing experience in industrial automation and event management.
- Language: English – fluent (both spoken and written)
- Travel: Moderate, within ANZ region for customer meetings, events or trade shows. Possess a driver's license.
