Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment delivery (up to job offer) for indirect labor roles across multiple EMEA countries and including job offer for Poland.

The role operates as part of Autoliv’s Recruitment Shared Service Center, ensuring high‑quality, compliance, and efficient hiring, while partnering closely with local HR Business Partners and hiring managers.

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to job offer, for assigned countries and role families

  • Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers and local HR to clarify role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategy

  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment steps

  • Prepare and manage job offers in alignment with local labor law, compensation frameworks, and Autoliv policies

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

  • Partner with local HR Business Partners to align recruitment delivery with workforce plans and business priorities & other HR support activities : onboarding, documentation, HR communication

  • Act as the primary recruitment point of contact for assigned countries and plants/functions

  • Advise hiring managers on labor market conditions, availability of skills, and realistic hiring timelines

  • Maintain accurate documentation and data in recruitment systems

  • Apply standardized SSC recruitment processes while respecting local country requirements

  • Deliver recruitment services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs (e.g. time to fill)

  • Actively contribute to process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives within the SSC

  • Share best practices and labor market insights across the EMEA

    And if you have/are:

  • Higher education degree (HR, psychology, management, or related field)

  • Polish C2 and English B2 min. and Ukrainian min. B1

  • Hungarian would be considered a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an SSC, regional, or international environment

  • Proven experience managing multi‑country recruitment or high‑volume recruitment

  • Operational knowledge of Polish labor law

  • Working knowledge of labor market dynamics in Central & Eastern Europe
