Opportunity for Collections Representative:

Collections Representative Requirements:
- Collections Experience: Rent-to-own, Cash Advance, Title Loan, Consumer Finance, First Party, Automotive or a related area
- Ability to work some early evening and Saturday hours
Collections Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet goals to allow for a performing portfolio and the credit advancement of our customers
- Partner with other branch team members to ensure the success of the branch location
- Seek long term resolution with customers, educate & re-educate customers on the importance of establishing or rebuilding their credit
- Perform customer budgets and interviews during the loan process
Hours For Collections Representative:
- 5-day work week
- 40 hours a week
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
