Job Title : Roll Out Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for project planning, execution and follow up.
- Schedules, coordinates and manages the availability of project resources.
- Day-to-day management of the project in terms of resource allocation, planning, updating logs/registers and other classic PM tasks (together with the tranche PM, local PM and the TMO rep.)
- Communication to project members and stakeholders
- Facilitate decisions within the approved scope or options from SteCo/PO
- Managing steering committee incl. meetings and gathering status
- Secure alignment and status with tranche and OneERP management
- Reports project progress, risks and resource requirements towards project stakeholders.
- Acts in collaboration with the Local Project Manager.
- Ensures project objectives are being met.
- Deliver the mandatory project documentations for project milestones
