Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help grow our brand across multiple small companies, engage our audience, and drive measurable results across digital channels. This role blends content creation, social media management, and marketing strategy—perfect for someone who loves storytelling *and* analytics. Full-time or part-time available. Yearly salary is negotiable upon experience and hours worked per year. 

* Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)

* Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

* Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign timelines

* Write compelling copy for social posts, emails, blogs, ads, and website updates

* Design or coordinate visual assets (graphics, short videos, reels, stories)

* Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community

* Track performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations

* Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, leadership) and external partners as needed
