POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Operations Supervisor oversees the Operations and Help Desk areas of IT by providing daily supervision and guidance to IT Technicians. This position will also be responsible for monitoring KPIs, setting SLAs, and being the point-person for end users.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Monitor and measure KPIs; set, review, and revise SLAs
- Work with vendors as necessary to ensure all KPIs, SLAs, and IT objectives are met.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly goals for all IT Technicians.
- Direct management responsibilities for IT Operations and Help Desk staff including providing daily supervision, direction, and prioritization.
- Coordinate with the Director of IT to establish strategies and roadmaps for IT service delivery.
- Responsible for timely and effective IT support and services; point-person for end users.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the supervisor to meet the needs of the department.
