Parts Counter Salesperson Job Responsibilities




  • Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts inquiries and purchases

  • Accurately identify, price, and invoice parts using dealership software

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Ford parts, accessories, and supersessions

  • Ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests to support service department efficiency

  • Stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory and counter area

  • Handle phone and in-person customer requests professionally and promptly

  • Follow all dealership processes, safety guidelines, and manufacturer requirements
