We’re currently hiring: Part- Time Day Shift LPN's, Full-Time and Part-Time LPNs for PM and NOC Shift—with generous shift differentials and sign-on bonuses for qualified candidates.

Shift Opportunities:

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+$3.00/hr. differential)
NOC Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (+$3.00/hr. differential)

What You’ll Do:

Provide compassionate, hands-on care and administer medications
Monitor and advocate for residents’ health and well-being
Communicate effectively with team members and other medical professionals during shift and shift report
Promote safety, dignity, and compliance with care standards

What You Bring:

Current Wisconsin LPN License
Current CPR Certification
Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, resident-centered focus
Team spirit, reliability, and excellent communication skills
