- Inspect incoming trucks and follow established SOPs for receiving and storage
- Accurately receive materials into the WMS system
- Record all receipts in the receiving log and submit monthly reports to Finance
- Ensure all raw materials are properly labeled
- Record and track lot numbers (e.g., sticks)
- Verify all receiving paperwork is complete, signed, and matches delivered materials; submit documentation to the appropriate personnel
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule and manage incoming deliveries
- Maintain appropriate par levels within the warehouse
- Ensure accuracy of inventory by updating and maintaining WMS and inventory worksheets
- Support end-of-month (EOM) inventory processes
- Review production schedules at least one week in advance; proactively communicate potential shortages or issues
- Move raw materials from the warehouse to production daily, as needed, to support operations
- Communicate daily activities and updates to the Freezer Manager, freezer staff, purchasing, and operations teams
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery scheduling
- Provide support across warehouse, freezer, and shipping functions as needed.
