Machine Operator Responsibilities:Operate mechanical and automated manufacturing equipmentPerform safe, efficient machine setup and operationComplete quality checks and document productionMonitor equipment and report issuesKeep machines clean and perform basic preventive maintenanceWork independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Machine Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1+ year manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, motivated, and able to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
Bonus Skills: Mechanical aptitude, experience reading routers/BOMs/work instructions, willingness to learn.
