We are seeking a Controls Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform system start-up, checkout, and commissioning for assigned control system projects.
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure final systems meet all design and operational expectations.
- Modify or update control programs as required to achieve proper system performance.
- Complete accurate checkout documentation and maintain project-related records.
- Provide customer training on system operation when necessary.
- Deliver phone support and technical assistance to certified customers as part of ongoing service responsibilities.
- Assist with office-based tasks, including order placement, documentation updates, and customer communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the Automatic Temperature Controls industry.
- Prior knowledge of the Carrier Open Line Control System is a plus.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus but not required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid PA driver’s license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
