Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Sweeping and mopping/scrubbing floors

• Wiping down tables, chairs, and other high-touch surfaces

• Vacuuming carpet runners and entry mats

• Extracting and deep-cleaning carpeted areas as needed

• Washing interior windows and glass doors

• Emptying garbage and recycling receptacles

• Cleaning and disinfecting door handles and common area fixtures

• Monitoring the garbage collection site and surrounding grounds for loose trash and natural debris

• Sweeping and maintaining the public access area in front of the four adjacent businesses

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Physical ability to lift, bend, and complete cleaning tasks

• Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred but not required

• Must pass a background check
• Must be at least 18 year of age

Physical Requirements:  

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time
   

Salary:
$15.00 - $23.25 based on experience
