The FunZone Manager determines the rhythm and flow of our arcade. They dictate the policies that will characterize our establishment.
Reports to:
- Owners
- General Manager
- Assistant General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, managing and scheduling FunZone employees
- Basic knowledge of games and repairs of such.
- Ordering and tracking supplies consistent with the level of business
- Greeting and handling customers
- Maintaining Financial records
- Overseeing daily operations
- Ensuring that rewards are meeting customer demand
- Pitching in with general tasks as needed
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
- Scheduling and execution of FunZone parties/activities
- Maintain all Pizza Ranch standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic bookkeeping/accounting skills
- Knowledge of the arcade industry
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more
- Flexible schedule
