What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers )

Lead and oversee ABA programs for children with autism, helping them build meaningful, life-changing skills.

Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and adjust programs based on real progress.

Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs), helping them grow and succeed.

Collaborate with families to ensure skills carry over into everyday life — because that’s where progress matters most.

Keep things compliant and high-quality with clean documentation and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

Someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about making a difference.

Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
