Primary Objective of Poolside Server Position

Provides excellent guest service while serving food & beverages to patrons in pool area(s) 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Takes food
    & beverage orders for poolside guests and enters into POS.
  • Collects cocktail
    orders from Bartender, adds appropriate garnish, places on tray, and serves to
    patrons with cocktail napkins.
  • Ensures payment
    is obtained for all orders.
  • Takes orders
    for and serves light meals and hors d'oeuvres.
  • Requests
    identification from customers when legal age is questioned.
  • Removes
    empty or dirty glasses and bottles and returns them to the bar or kitchen.
  • Checks for
    supplies such as sugar, salt, stir sticks, straws, napkins, bar towels, and
    matches; requisitions additional supplies as needed
