Taura Natural Ingredients is a global leader in functional fruit ingredients and part of International Flavours & Fragrances (IFF). We operate world-class food manufacturing facilities in Mount Maunganui and Belgium.

The role is based in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand (onsite role). The role operates 3, 4 or 5 x 12-hour shifts per week, mainly Monday–Friday, with night shift every 4th week.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Preventative maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdown repairs.
• Support production with equipment setup and optimization.
• Maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and workmanship.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• NZ registered and licensed Industrial Electrician or trade-qualified Maintenance Engineer.
• Food or FMCG manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills with mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with pneumatics, bearings, and general plant maintenance.
• Comfortable with shift work.
• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player.
