Department Overview
Our department, BSS Development Department (BSDD) , develops and maintains the BSS platform for MNO, VOICE, and ISP services, and is in charge of development and maintenance of IT infra (on-premise and cloud environment) for BSS platform.

The Enterprise DX Product Management Section smoothly and reliably provides low-price, high-quality services to many customers through the development and operation of information systems (BSS: Business Support System), the provision of enterprise MVNE services, and voice services. We are continuing to build and develop systems for delivery and use, and as a start-up established 3 years ago, we are looking for more team members to help our business expand further. It is expected that this Systems Engineer will develop their career to lead a team of Business Analysts in the future.
Position Details
As a Systems Engineer for MVNE services, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Manage BSS releases
- Discuss and gather business requirements and transform them into BSS component/system requirements, to create a Change Request (CR).
- Create process/sequence diagram to explain requirements.
Analyze the impact of business requirements along with BSS Engineering (design/dev/QA) team.
- Review design documents and give sign-off for further development and testing.
- Ensure business requirements are delivered as per the actual ask, meet.
Telecom Industry BSS standards, and own the CR end-to-end.
Prepare and coordinate the next MVNO onboarding for BSS
- Discuss comprehensively with all parties, planning and clarifying onboarding requirements.
- Participate in planning with external/internal stakeholders (scope, design, timelines, deliverables, risks/mitigations, etc., but not budget planning).
Support existing customer maintenance and system failures for closure
- BSS release test support and release support.
- Support Ops and QA from a technical perspective.
- Review SIT, UAT, production sanity test cases for every release.
- Support security testing process.
- Support product quality process.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a System Engineer or Technical Lead in the design, development, and integration of enterprise systems, with demonstrated leadership or mentorship responsibilities.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, guide development teams, and provide technical oversight for the implementation of complex solutions.
- Strong background in telecommunications BSS environments, including understanding of key modules (e.g., CRM, Billing, Provisioning).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience with API-first design principles and practical application of REST/SOAP for system integration.
- Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with Oracle Database for performance tuning, schema design, and complex data retrieval.
