Sales is also responsible for acquiring and commercially managing new projects for the company.


Webasto Thermo & Comfort UK Ltd is a market leading provider of heating, cooling, and refrigeration solutions for all types of vehicles. We are seeking to appoint a Sales Manager to join our established team of Sales professionals. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening financial performance, and expanding our presence across both existing and emerging market segments.

  • As a Sales Manager, maintain and grow customer relationships & satisfaction

  • Secure profitable growth within our product portfolio and targeted platforms

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and business success

  • As a results-driven Sales Manager, support cash flow and EBIT targets for strong financial performance

  • Identify and secure new business through customer planning, relationship building, and active account management — a core Sales Manager responsibility


 


This is what you bring to us:



  • 5+ years of Sales experience, preferably in automotive/transport industry sector, with CRM experience supporting a data-focused Sales Manager approach

  • Proven success in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills demonstrating effective Sales Manager performance

  • Results orientated outlook and able to work both independently and within a matrix orientated team structure

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with customers as an outstanding Sales Manager

  • A desire for personal and professional development in a global organisation
