The Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Account Manager, based out of our Sterling Heights, MI location.

Responsibilities will include:

• Establish and develop relationships with internal and external customers (GM specifically)
• Secure and quote new business
• Track and maintain current and future sales
• Communicate with the plants
• Manage customer score cards and create action plans to correct issues

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has 5 years of experience in Automotive Sales and/or Engineering
• Has strong developed relationships with GM Interiors Purchasing
• Has a minimum of a Bachelors Degree (technical or business preferred)
• Has a strong understanding of injection molding, plastics and vehicle interior plastics (i.e. floor consoles, air registers, overhead consoles, decorative trim)
• Has strong communication skills, both oral and written
