Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Lifeguards. As a Lifeguard at our Country Club, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and guests who utilize our pool facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining a vigilant watch over the pool area, enforcing safety regulations, and responding promptly to any emergencies or incidents.

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor pool activities to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of swimmers.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to members and guests.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, including administering first aid and CPR as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the pool area clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Strong swimming skills and proficiency in water rescue techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Previous experience as a lifeguard preferred but not required.
