The Eleanor Nursing Care Center is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility located in Hyde Park, NY.  We care for short term rehabiliation and long term care residents in our spacious, renovated 3-unit facility.  We have an excellent supportive leadership team supporting our direct care staff.

We are seeking an RN Unit Manager 

 Duties Include:

• Supervisory duties for the assigned unit.
• Review resident records.
• Monitor overall care; ensure the standard of care on unit.
• Address questions or complaints brought forward by residents and families.
• Attend care plan meeting 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years Long-Term Care Experience.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in NYS.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
