Part-Time | Afternoon Case

? Location: Chester, MD (near Annapolis / Kent Island)

Jade ABA Therapy is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our team is committed to delivering compassionate care while supporting meaningful progress for the families we serve.

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated BT/RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy for a child in Chester, MD. This position offers consistent afternoon hours with the opportunity to expand your schedule.

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation:
$25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications:
• Experience in ABA or a related field preferred
• Experience working with children with ASD is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to a child
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data and accurately track client progress
• Communicate and collaborate with families and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development
