What would I be doing?
- Safely set up, maintain, and clean job sites in compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Measure, cut, and install roofing and sheet metal systems according to specifications and manufacturer requirements
- Perform skilled installation work independently with minimal supervision
- Install roofing, flashing, trim, standing seam panels, wall and soffit panels, parapet coping, fascia, and related components
- Read and follow drawings, layouts, and job instructions to ensure quality workmanship
- Identify installation or material issues and communicate solutions to supervision
- Troubleshoot and correct roofing and sheet metal installation deficiencies
- Maintain productivity, jobsite organization, and quality standards throughout the project
- Properly manage tools, equipment, and materials
- Proactively model safe work practices and report safety concerns immediately
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, customers, and other trades
- Assist and mentor less experienced crew members as needed
- Adhere to all company policies, jobsite rules, and standards of conduct
- Represent the company professionally and uphold company values at all time
What do I need?
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction, roofing, and/or sheet metal work (journeyman‑level preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to perform skilled tasks with limited supervision
- OSHA 10‑Hour certification (minimum) or ability to obtain promptly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and specifications
- Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented work ethic
What is it like?

- Overtime, weekends may be required
- Frequent bending, kneeling, walking, climbing, carrying and lifting (50lbs or greater)
