It ensures that projects are implemented efficiently and successfully. Key tasks include creating project plans, allocating resources, and continuously monitoring project progress. As the central point of contact, Project Management keeps all stakeholders informed, promoting transparency and collaboration.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: 

• Independent definition, planning and steering of development customer and platform projects in the field of automotive Air-Conditioning systems


• Transfer of market insights, targets and vision to product and project strategy


• Management of project activities in terms of scope, schedule, costs and quality according to standardized processes and methods 


• Steering of interdisciplinary project teams


• Close coordination with the interfaces involved and preparation of project gateway meetings for higher-level steering committees

 

This is what you bring to us: 

• Successfully completed engineering degree (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics) or a comparable educational background


• Several years of professional experience in project management preferably in the automotive environment


• Structured way of working, innovative thinking, pronounced quality and cost awareness as well as strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills


• High level of teamwork paired with strong communication and moderation skills as well as intercultural competence


• Fluent spoken and written English
