NANA Construction is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure the office runs smoothly by handling a variety of clerical and organizational tasks.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document preparation.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Greet visitors and provide general support to staff and clients.
- Assist payroll department, or other departments as required.
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Other duties that are pertinent to the department or unit’s success also may be assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum one (1) related administrative support experience.
- Intermediate skillset with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
