    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Help with the preparation of technology equipment for the upcoming academic year. 

    Assist the technology department in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems. 

    Provide technical support to teachers and staff with computer-related issues, including software installations, printer setups, and basic troubleshooting.

    Assist in inventory management and organization of technology resources

    Other duties as assigned

     

    Requirements

    Basic understanding of computer hardware and software. 

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Proficiency in the use of Chromebooks. 

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

    Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
