We are looking for a Regional Retail Manager to drive sell‑out performance, retail execution, and promoter productivity across the ROI (Rest of Indochina) markets.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on retail professional who enjoys working closely with stores, supervisors, and promoters, and who is comfortable operating across multiple countries in a dynamic consumer environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sell‑out performance across assigned countries by executing retail programs, campaigns, and store‑level initiatives
Manage and coach sales supervisors and retail promoters, ensuring productivity improvement and effective resource deployment
Monitor store‑level KPIs, sell‑out trends, and productivity metrics, taking corrective action when performance declines
Coordinate closely with Product, Marketing, and Consumer teams to ensure:Right product portfolio by market
Healthy inventory flow and minimal ageing stock
Support brand visibility and product awareness through strong in‑store execution
Work with distributors and retail partners to remove operational bottlenecks impacting sell‑out
Travel within the region periodically to support key markets and business reviews (subject to safety and business conditions)
Must‑Have Qualifications
Strong functional English communication skills (spoken and written) for cross‑country collaboration
Proven experience in retail operations, sell‑out management, or store execution
Experience managing or supervising teams (e.g. supervisors, promoters, or frontline retail staff)
Comfortable working independently and managing priorities across multiple locations
Good‑to‑Have Experience
Background in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail‑driven industries
Experience working with distributors, resellers, or multi‑tier retail structures
Familiarity with store productivity, inventory ageing, or retail KPI tracking
Experience supporting or covering multiple markets or regions
