• Availability: Friday mornings (EST – New York time)
• Lesson Frequency: 1 time per week

• Current English level: Advanced (focus on pronunciation refinement)

Student’s language needs and goals:

• Master Received Pronunciation (RP / BBC English / Standard English)
• Refine articulation, intonation, stress, and rhythm
• Reduce or eliminate non-standard accent features
• Sound polished, clear, and confident in professional and social contexts
• Develop awareness of phonetic accuracy and pronunciation consistency

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized pronunciation-focused lessons using RP standards
• Diagnose and correct segmental and suprasegmental pronunciation issues
• Train stress patterns, intonation, connected speech, and rhythm
• Use targeted drills, listening discrimination, and guided speaking practice
• Provide clear feedback and practical strategies for continuous improvement
• Support confident, natural-sounding spoken English

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English speaker with Received Pronunciation
• Specialized training or strong experience in phonetics/phonology
• Proven experience teaching pronunciation at advanced levels
• Familiarity with IPA and accent reduction techniques
• Ability to deliver precise, structured, and high-impact online lessons
