WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Responsibilities include providing positive leadership for
Account Executives and Sales Associates within Ampersand, and to achieve
company and client sales objectives.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Account Executives and Sales Associates with sales direction and supervision.
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:
- Lead, train, and motivate Account Executives and Sales Associates within the sales process.
- Assist Account Executives in setting clear and concise sales goals.
- Develop clear sales goals for team/office.
- Manage travel and entertainment budgets for Account Executives and office.
- Cooperate with other Managers, (both offices and departments) and respond in a timely manner to all requests.
- Provide accuracy in reporting forecasts and budgets to Senior Managers.
- Educate decision-makers about the competitive advantages Ampersand offers.
- Accuracy in Reporting: Annual ABC Reports, Quarterly Forecasts.
- Set Agency calls for visiting client National Sales Manager’s and General Sales Manager’s.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- College Degree preferred
- Prior cable sales or management experience required
- Knowledge of the advertising sales industry required
- Thorough knowledge of the cable, sales and marketing industries required
- Understanding of Ampersand policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft application software and Ampersand proprietary software
