Job Description

Summary / Objective

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with marketing, advertising and promotional activities. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of Bestway through design and presentation of marketing materials.

 

Essential Functions

  • Work with the agency of record to ensure the Company website is updated

  • Manage weekly communication that goes out

  • Create and distribute telemarketing lists to stores for all mailers

  • Manage data from e-mail registration, contact us, and start order pages to combine on constant contact for e-blast distribution

  • Manage social media sites – Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter

  • Manage company’s Register to Win Process

  • Assist in writing/updating Bestway’s Weekly Operations Bulletin

  • Review and approve black plates for FSIs & door hangers

  • In charge of product disclaimers for monthly FSIs

  • In charge of requesting relocation/new manager postcards (development/delivery)

  • Assist in the planning of the company’s annual meeting

  • Manage the agency of record to achieve the deadlines, project initiatives, creative objectives and media management to ensure accuracy and production status.

  • Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns.

  • Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the Company Brand.

  • Help maintain “In Store” collateral for visual appeal in our Stores.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or related experience.

  • 2+ years’ experience in Marketing & Advertising

 

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners.

 

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday,

8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. unless flex schedule is requested per Company standard. There will be some travel required.
