Job Position: Sales Executive
Target Division: Group Sales & Business Development (Construction, FM, Fit-Out, & ENARA)
Job Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the commercial growth of Headway Group by identifying new market opportunities, establishing brand value, and managing the end-to-end client acquisition lifecycle. This role requires a high-ability closer who can articulate our massive service portfolio- ranging from turnkey villa construction to specialized oil and gas manpower supply—into winning value propositions for new connections.
Core Technical & Commercial Responsibilities
- Inquiry & Lead Management: Oversee the full "Inquiry Module" within the CRM, ensuring every client request is captured, qualified, and tracked through the internal workflow.
- Registration & Compliance: Manage the comprehensive company and client registration process, ensuring Headway is pre-qualified and registered with major developers, government bodies, and semi-government entities.
- Tender Process Execution: Lead the submission of tenders, ensuring all technical and commercial documentation meets the specific requirements of UAE authorities (ADM, Civil Defense, etc.).
- Brand & Connection Building: Proactively contact new connections to establish Headway’s brand value as a premier provider of A-to-Z turnkey solutions and facility management.
- Product & Service Demonstration: Deliver high-impact technical demonstrations of Headway’s capabilities, including 3D visualizations, MEP solutions, and energy-efficient retrofits.
- Estimation & Pricing Coordination: Work closely with the Estimation and Accounts modules to develop competitive pricing strategies and accurate BOQs based on deep knowledge of customer needs and market rates.
- Strategic Follow-ups: Maintain rigorous follow-up protocols with new clients and inquiries, adhering to strict CRM notification and process integrity rules.
- Event Representation: Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to showcase our specialized joinery, construction, and FM portfolios.
Reporting Line
This position reports to the Head of Sales or Business Development Manager.

Requirements
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of aggressive sales and business development experience in the UAE construction or FM sectors, with a proven track record of winning tenders and securing high-value contracts.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and explain complex technical scopes, such as MEP load schedules, structural framing, and FM preventative maintenance programs.
- CRM Expertise: Advanced proficiency in navigating integrated CRM workflows, specifically managing hand-offs between Sales, Estimation, and Operations.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication and presentation skills; ability to negotiate with C-suite executives and technical project managers.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit (for basic design discussion), CRM platforms (ZOHO), and MS Office.
