Your Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with both marketing and sales functions, you develop and execute a global Trade & Shopper Marketing strategy aligned with brand and category priorities
- With a strong focus on scalability and relevance, you design global frameworks and guidelines that ensure consistent execution across channels and markets
- Based on shopper insights, performance data, and market trends, you steer campaign optimization and strengthen excellence at the point of sale
- In partnership with key retail customers, you contribute your expertise to integrated marketing initiatives and long-term growth plans
- As the global interface between headquarters and regional teams, you drive collaboration, best-practice sharing and continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For
- You hold a university degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
- You bring significant experience in Trade & Shopper Marketing within an international retail or consumer-focused environment
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and turn insights into clear, actionable strategies
- You show an entrepreneurial mindset, take ownership, and focus consistently on consumer and shopper needs
- You communicate confidently in English and German and collaborate effectively across cultures, with a willingness to travel internationally
