About the Job
Provide technical support for a business-critical corporate application
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments
Manage and monitor our Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to implement business solutions
Collabrate with WiseTech upstream provider
Document technical procedures and operational processes
Maintain and improve knowledge base articles
About You
Completed degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent vocational training with at least 3 years of experience in system administration and/or application support
Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure
Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server, Microsoft ActiveDirectory Services and IIS
Understanding of XML EDI Interface
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; experience in a multicultural or multilingual environment is a plus
Professional proficiency in English; ideally also German or additional languages
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including participation in on-call duties for up to two weeks per quarter
