About the role
The IT Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our organization's information technology infrastructure. This position is responsible for supporting our users, and ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems, networks, and security measures to support business operations and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the organization.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including applications, servers, networks, and security systems. 
  • Plan and execute super interesting IT projects that will impact and deliver value to our business.  
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and systems.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as IT administrator.
  • Good knowledge of network protocols, FortiGate firewalls, operating systems, and cybersecurity practices. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Tremendous motivation for learning and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSE, CCNA) are preferred.
  • Willingness to occasionally work from the company’s headquarters, located in Ramat Gan.
